From the local grapes used for the wine, fruity and perfumed, the marc emerges which forms the primary material of the grappa. It is all left to ferment for the right amount of time before distillation; its soft taste and the moderate alcoholic level make it ideal for tasting the typical taste of Tuscany, on many different occasions.
